In accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), we would like to give you the opportunity to report company-related violations that you have noticed as an employee.

In order to keep you informed about the processing progress, we ask you to provide us with your contact details. If you do not fill in the fields with your contact details, we will record your report anonymously.

Information about the HinSchG

The following information provides a simple overview of what the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) is and how it protects you as a whistleblower.

  • which result in penalties or fines
  • that endanger life, limb and health
  • Administrative offenses
  • against the rights of employees or their representative bodies
  • against federal legislation
  • and others

 

Rule of thumb: All violations must be in a professional context. This means that they affect you as an employee or a person as an employee. This also includes cooperation with a company or a client.

We would also be happy to arrange a personal meeting with you, as well as an appointment for a video call (MS Teams, etc.).

Alternatively, you can also report your tip to the Federal Office of Justice. This is the external reporting office for reports under the HinSchG.

The principle of confidentiality applies.

This means that we will protect confidentiality and your identity when clarifying your report.

Your report will end up in our separate whistleblower department.

  • from reprisals (discrimination such as warnings or dismissal, bullying and similar)
  • Threats and attempts to take reprisals

In the event of violations of the Whistleblower Protection Act, we and the accused persons must expect fines.

Employees who intentionally or grossly negligently submit false reports can be held liable for damages (§ 38 HinSchG).
